專業節目與宴會統籌及管理課程

課程簡介﹕

不論是私人宴會或派對、開幕酒會，甚至機構與客戶接觸的晚宴、音樂表演、歌星獻藝等相關節目，在現今的公開場合(P.R. Function) 中實在日益流行，甚至成為一種專業知識。節目統籌(Event Management)從場地的選擇、服務質素的評估、食物的質素，到節目的安排，客人名單……每一項都不可輕心，還要配合機構形象或大會主題，更是傷透腦筋！若把節目交給公關公司安排，價錢可能會相當昂貴！有時還會出現不合心意、不合主題的情況。最令人煩惱的是，往往很難去評估所聘用的公關公司是否物有所值！

“Dining”一詞，今天的含意以超越一般『用膳』，還包括人際交誼、商務酬酢等社交活動。不論是行政午餐、商務宴會、週年晚宴、開幕酒會等場合，皆有一套既定的禮儀。本課程會從中、西、日、泰及素食飲食文化研究起步，學習不同飲食文化和基本餐桌禮儀。內容包括赴會前部署、探討技巧、西洋餐酒常識與點酒須知、祝酒(Toast) 儀式、酒會(Cocktail) 禮儀等，讓學員知道餐飲社交禮數與常識，避免失儀而有損自己及所代表機構形象。課堂主要以粵語教學，輔以英語。

本課程會教授全面節目統籌與管理各項細節，從預算案的編訂、場地的選擇、服務與食物的質素，到機構形象的定位，節目主題的擬定都會一一指導，令學員可以放心來DIY一個滿意的節目統籌。

學員須參加一場西方晚宴實習 － 包括六道西菜、紅或白酒一杯連香檳及半小時酒會。
學員須於第一課繳交$310作為晚宴費用。

ISO9001:2008

On successfully completing the course, students will be able to:

• Comprehensively understand the background of ISO and its organization and function
• Understand the purposes, benefits and structure of Quality Management System
• Understand the general requirement of the documentation needed for the management system
• Understand the implementation in general of the QMS management system standards, applications in different fields of business
• Improvement of management skill

Methodology and Content

There is a balance between knowledge-based presentation, discussions, exercises and mini case studies. The course is designed in mixture of teach and learn, student activities i.e. discussions, individual and group case studies, and quiz. The course materials have been carefully designed and structured to be compatible to students come from different background and in different fields of business.

•Recognize history of International Organization for Standardization ISO

•Understand the ISO 9000 family of Standard

•Understand the ISO 9001’s principles, process, terms and definitions

•Interpret the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Requirements

•Discuss the changes of the 2008 version from the old version

•Understand the necessary documentation in Quality Management System

•Understand the flow in certification of Quality Management System

•Introduce the feasibility of integration with other management system standards i.e. ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and OHSAS18001 etc.

Certification

Certificate of Successful Completion will be awarded to students who have achieved the attendance criteria,satisfied with continual assessment and final exam in the course of training.
