Advanced Diploma Programme in Management for Business Excellence

Course Overview

We are proud to announce our collaboration with The School of Continuing and Professional Studies, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUSCS) to launch the Advanced Diploma Programme in Management for Business Excellence. This programme aims to equip participants with modern management principles to enhance organizational efficiency and competitiveness.

Course Content

The programme includes various modules covering principles of business excellence, quality management, and Six Sigma methodologies. Participants who complete Module 3: “Six Sigma Methodology” and meet specific requirements will be eligible to apply for the “Six Sigma Green Belt” (RSSGB) professional registration from the Six Sigma Institute (SSI). Additionally, those who complete Module 8: “Organizational and Human Resources Quality” and meet the requirements can apply for the “Lean Leadership” (RLL) professional registration from SSI.

我們自豪地宣布與香港中文大學專業進修學院(CUSCS)，推出卓越商業管理高等文憑課程。本課程旨在幫助學員掌握現代管理原則，提升組織的運營效率和競爭力。

課程內容

本課程包括多個單元，涵蓋卓越商業原則、質量管理及六式碼方法論。完成第三單元「六式碼方法論」的學員，考取合格並符合特定要求後，可以向六式瑪學會（SSI）申請「六式碼綠帶」（RSSGB）專業註冊資格。完成第八單元「組織與人力資源質量」的學員，考取合格並符合特定要求後，亦可向六式瑪學會（SSI）申請「精益領導」（RLL）專業註冊資格。
