About Speakers:

Mr. David Chan (FCCA, CPA, ACS, CGP, FHKRFP, Ass HKIRA, Ass HKINEDA)

Mr. Chan is an experienced professional consultant, mainly responsible for corporate finance, including IPO Advicing & Guidance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Pre-IPO Financing and management consulting. He was also the advisor of several cases of Hong Kong Listing companies merger and acquisition in China. Furthermore, he participated near twenty listing companies audit in Hong Kong and worked in B shares Listing at Shenzhen and NASDAQ shares.

Mr. Chan was graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) in Accountancy. He was also awarded with MBA from Heriot-Watt University. The professional qualifications in accounting, finance, corporate governance, Company Secretaries etc. includes:

Dr Chan specializes in the application and training of Lean and Six-Sigma related to healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. He has been invited to be the judge of several Lean Six-Sigma Awards.
Dr. Chan is a member of the Six Sigma Promotion Committee of China Association for Quality, and was elected as the “Advanced Worker for the 10th Anniversary of the National Six Sigma Management Promotion”.
