Introduction
This is one of the six modules of the Certified Lean Specialist Programme. The purpose of this workshop is to equip participants with Leveling Techniques together with two related Lean tools, Quick Changeover and Quality Assurance in Lean Organization.
The purpose of this workshop is to equip participants with Leveling Techniques and Balanced Load Scheduling. Two Useful Lean tools; Quick Changeover and Poke-Yoke System are also discussed in detail with real examples.
