Short Courses Organized by HKQMA and the MTR Academy
We would like to introduce you the coming two short courses jointly organized by HKQMA and the MTR Academy in this summer, being supported by SSI. The first program is “Construction Management for Site Supervision” (3 Modules) delivered by HKQMA Chairman, Dr. Frankie Lam. The next program is “Managing for Service Quality” (2 Modules) delivered by Dr Victor Leung, Director (Academic) of HKQMA. These 2 programs are designed and delivered by the experienced teachers in the quality field. Each module in the program is designed to be an independent unit but members are advised to take both modules in order to achieve the knowledge integration. Enrollment can be made for each module.
Registered Professionals of SSI are entitled 15% off discount from the original course fee. These 2 programs are updated and inspired training programs for managers in construction industry and service industry respectively.
