認可項目管理PMP®考試預備課程
課程概覽 :
PMP®是美國項目管理學會(PMI) 為全球專業項目管理人士所推出之專業認証，至2013年1月目前全球已超過四十萬名專業人士取得認証，是世界排行第二之項目管理國際認證 ( 謹次於歐洲及英聯邦廣泛認可之 PRINCE2 項目管理認證,全球有超過68萬人次考取)。 PMP 於北美及亞太地區深受歡迎, PMP 認証已為許多跨國性公司( IBM、HP、NOKIA等)及政府機構列為項目經理人之必備認證。
修讀對象 :
本課程適合一些具有多年項目管理經驗之人士，了解當前國際通用的最佳項目管理技巧及如何應用於實際項目環境當中，從而提昇個人項目管理水平。完成本考試預備課程，學員可以獲得足夠的項目管理知識及有信心應付公開考試。
