SixSigmaHealthcareThe course is designed to give healthcare professionals an understanding of the critical customer requirements and a set of Six Sigma tools within problem solving process for enhancing patient care. Participants are expected to use these tools to complete projects for eliminating human and transactional errors and reducing customer complaints.

CME / CNE / CPD accreditation is in application.
For participants who have finished this course, the first 7.5 hours of Six Sigma Green Belt Course will be exempted

 

Course Objectives

Upon completion of the course, participants will:

  • Have a clear understanding of how Six Sigma processes and tools can be applied in healthcare environment
  • Know how to define appropriate Six Sigma projects to solve recurring healthcare incidents
