SixSigmaHealthcare The course is designed to give healthcare professionals an understanding of the critical customer requirements and a set of Six Sigma tools within problem solving process for enhancing patient care. Participants are expected to use these tools to complete projects for eliminating human and transactional errors and reducing customer complaints.

CME / CNE / CPD accreditation is in application.
For participants who have finished this course, the first 7.5 hours of Six Sigma Green Belt Course will be exempted

Course Objectives
