The Six Sigma Institute now offers mutual recognition for its Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt qualifications with the China Association for Quality, leading to another era of the development of the well-received business management strategy.
With years of growth after its first introduction by Motorola, USA in 1986, Six Sigma, the well-received business management strategy, has helped enhance competitive advantages of organizations in both service and manufacturing sectors.
By adopting Six Sigma methodologies, leaders in an organization can identify and remove the causes of defects and variability in business processes, which in turn improves the quality of process outputs and hence improves business results. As the first professional Six Sigma institute in Hong Kong, The Six Sigma Institute (SSI) aims at promoting Six Sigma and related theory by providing training, examinations and registration of Six Sigma professionals.
To allow Six Sigma professionals to bring their qualifications into China, the SSI is now facilitating providing a mutual recognition for its members with Certified Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt qualification with the China Association for Quality.
By satisfying the registration requirement at the SSI, the professionals will at the same time gain a qualification well recognized by the China central government, saving them the trouble of attending an annual public exam held in various main cities in the mainland.
The SSI is also currently working with renowned university and professional bodies to provide a comprehensive series of Six Sigma training courses such as Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt, Lean Leader, Lean Specialist and more.
