Fundamental Diploma in Theory of Constraints
Purpose
The purpose of course is to equip participants with full spectrum knowledge of TOC which covers eight applications plus “Thinking Processes” to generate rapid business elevation solutions: production, finance and measurements, distribution and supply chain, project management, marketing, sales, strategic thinking, and people problem solving and communication skills.
After complete the course, participants should acquire sufficient knowledge for the TOCICO’s TOC Fundamentals Examination.

Examination and Certificate
Participants passed the course end examination will receive a diploma jointly granted by the SSI and the Global Institute of Management (Fundamental Diploma in Theory of Constraints). Arrangement will then be made to facilitate participants to join the TOCICO’s TOC Fundamental Examination. Graduates of this programme are able to join the TOCLSS module of Six Sigma Master Certification Programme with discounted course fee.
