Advanced Quality Management Course – Certified Service Quality Manager Program

As a result, Hong Kong Quality Management Association, a partner of SSI, will lauch a new program, Certified Course on Service Quality Manager in mid-April 2015 to in line with the ever growing service market. It is a 6-day program with hands-on case studies, company visit and basic knowledge in service quality.
