日本品質管理考察團 – 2015年12月13日至17日

日本企業向來以品質為企業競爭的信心保證。80年代以來，在豐田生產方式(Toyota Production System)的啟發下，日本企業紛紛跳出傳統生產模式的束縛，將品質管理概念融入自身行業，配合各自獨有的企業概念，演繹出各式各樣的品質及業務管理模式。本學會舉辦是次考察團，是希望促進兩地管理精英的經驗交流，並為團員剖析精益生產（LEAN）及其他日本不同行業所推行的品質管理的優勝之處。
是次考察會為團員提供創新及獨特的品質管理見解，將涵蓋製造業、醫護業、航空業及汽車業(暫定)等不同界別的實力企業，了解如精益生產等品質管理方法，不同界別的精英企業是如何詮釋及導入，並提高產品的競爭力，以達至世界級的標準 。
