QC Team Lead
The Job
- Drive the Problem Solving, Failure Analysis and Corrective and Preventative Actions with major suppliers
- Team up with purchasing team to insure the inspections are synchronized with delivery schedules
- Generate and maintain incoming inspection procedures
- Verify and audit QC inspection results
- Manage the TQM team with data collection, analysis and reporting
- Chair the quality and technical meeting
- Lead the China QC team
- Responsible of CSR
- Technical support and reporting
Job requirements
- 3-5 years experience in engineering or quality position
- With technical/engineering education background, preferred to be a Six Sigma green belt
- Effective communication, well organized
- Fluent in mandarin, Cantonese, English is expected
- Good command of MSOffice suite software’s
- Familiar with quality inspection procedures
- Good interpersonal skill
