QC Team Lead

The Job

  • Drive the Problem Solving, Failure Analysis and Corrective and Preventative Actions with major suppliers
  • Team up with purchasing team to insure the inspections are synchronized with delivery schedules
  • Generate and maintain incoming inspection procedures
  • Verify and audit QC inspection results
  • Manage the TQM team with data collection, analysis and reporting
  • Chair the quality and technical meeting
  • Lead the China QC team
  • Responsible of CSR
  • Technical support and reporting

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in engineering or quality position
  • With technical/engineering education background, preferred to be a Six Sigma green belt
  • Effective communication, well organized
  • Fluent in mandarin, Cantonese, English is expected
  • Good command of MSOffice suite software’s
  • Familiar with quality inspection procedures
  • Good interpersonal skill
