簡介

The purpose of this workshop is to go through a systemic improvement framework (SIF) which has incorporated with selected tools from Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints. This framework is customized for project managers to equip them with a new approach for effective management of their projects.

目的

Participates will understand the cause and effect of vexing chronic problems facing by project managers, For example, well-known chronic problems are late, beyond budget and reduced quantity and quality. They will learn some workable, common-sense solutions which is capable to overcome these issues.
