TOC_Healthcare制約理論 (制約理論) provides a set of holistic processes and rules, all based on a system approach that brings quick and significant improvements in performance of companies and organizations. TOC has proved success in Healthcare industry. This course will equip healthcare professionals with essential knowledge and skills of applying TOC in healthcare organizations and to achieve quantum system improvement.
