課程目的
The purpose of course is to equip participants with full spectrum knowledge of TOC which covers eight applications plus “Thinking Processes” to generate rapid business elevation solutions: 生產, finance and measurements, 分銷及供應鏈, 項目管理, 市場營銷, 銷售, 戰略思維, and people problem solving and communication skills.
After complete the course, participants should acquire sufficient knowledge for the TOCICO’s TOC Fundamentals Examination.

2.3. The undesirable effect (UDE) and Current Reality Tree (CRT)
2.4. Creation of Evaporating Clouds and development of win-win solutions
2.5. The concept of an Injection
2.6. Introduction to Future Reality Tree (FRT)
2.7. Introduction to Transition Tree (TT)
2.8. Introduction to Negative Branch Reservation (NBR)
3. TOC Applications
3.1. Identification of constraints
3.2. Buffer and buffer management
3.3. Drum-Buffer-Rope (DBR) and SDBR
3.4. The difference if A, V, I and T plants

考試及證書
Participants passed the course end examination will receive a diploma jointly granted by the SSI and the Global Institute of Management (制約理論基礎文憑). Arrangement will then be made to facilitate participants to join the TOCICO’s TOC Fundamental Examination. Graduates of this programme are able to join the TOCLSS module of Six Sigma Master Certification Programme with discounted course fee.
