先生. Chan is an experienced professional consultant, mainly responsible for corporate finance, including IPO Advicing & Guidance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Pre-IPO Financing and management consulting. He was also the advisor of several cases of Hong Kong Listing companies merger and acquisition in China. Furthermore, he participated near twenty listing companies audit in Hong Kong and worked in B shares Listing at Shenzhen and NASDAQ shares.
先生. Chan was graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Arts (Hon) in Accountancy. He was also awarded with MBA from Heriot-Watt University. The professional qualifications in accounting, 財務, corporate governance, Company Secretaries etc. includes:
