Presenter’s profile:
Alex Lee, LSSMBB, RSSBB, CAQ(BB), MSc (UK), BEng(Hons) (UK)
Alex lee has been working in the IT industrial for over 9 years and have always involved in multi- million dollars projects with different MNCs in UK and HK. He has worked on Metro projects for Perth, Melbourne, UK and HK (香港鐵路有限公司), Electronic Medical Records systems project (NHS in UK), Enterprise Content Management Projects (Worldwide), Requirement Management for several MTR projects in HK, Configuration Management and deployed a development process for a team of 50+ engineers.
He spent 12 years in UK and after completion of his MSc, he worked in UK for over 6 years and returned to Hong Kong. He later studied Lean, Six Sigma and TOC which he understands business and IT challenges and this make him realize there are something that can be done to streamline better with IT and business and aim to provide more values to businesses.
Eddie Wong, BSc(Canada)
Eddie Wong has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years. He understands the importance of the connection among people, business and the computer technology, which he spent plenty of his time to work on the e-business system including Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) System, Content Management System(CMS), Web Application System and Social Networking Advertising. His strength is not only limited to the e-business but also the e-Security.
Throughout the time stayed in Canada, he worked with varies of clients from small start-up businesses needing a corporate identity, to a government wanting to connect chronic disease prevention practitioners across Canada. He later returned back to Hong Kong and involved in the MTR project that requires strong system analysis and design skills. All of the above make him understand what the customers need and how to reflect the need into technology.
