Lean considers eliminating or minimizing the expenditure of resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer, which is the core idea of Lean is to maximize customer value by using minimize waste.

With more than 30 years experience as a professional manager in civil and building engineering, he has solid experience in contracting in Hong Kong construction industry. He is also experienced in teaching various programmes in vocational institutes, including Service Quality Training Program for HKQMA.
