Objectives and Learning Outcomes
Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) was invented by Dr. Goldratt in 1997. It is the latest solution widely used internationally for planning, scheduling, and performance management in project environments. It’s a technology with solutions to complete projects and deliver complete content in less time and with less budget.
This course will introduce participants to the basic theories and techniques to more effectively manage projects in various industries including construction and transport industries. Major organizations implementing
CCPM around the world have demonstrated the following outcomes:
• Lead Time: 20-50%faster
• On-Time Delivery: 95%+
• Cost reduction: 10-30%saving.
