Lean is a generic process management philosophy derived from Toyota Production System. Lean considers eliminating or minimizing the expenditure of resources for any goal other than the creation of value for the end customer, which is the core idea of Lean is to maximize customer value by using minimize waste.

The seminar is targeted to people who are interested to Lean Management for their business/ enterprise, or may join our Lean Training programme but want to know more about Lean and raise questions directly in the seminar.

He is the one of founders of the Belt and Road Research Centre which offers scholarship for Belt and Road research with the University of Oxford.
