Project Management Officer

Job Functions

  • Improve business process and evaluate project in accordance with company goals and objectives.

  • Assist BPR&PMO manager to promote the BPR&PMO related knowledge, concepts and methodology.
  • Identify existing issues and set up BPR projects by means of interview, VOC collection, research and data analysis etc. Follow up and report the projects until completion.
  • Communicate and coordinate with various departments and at all levels, to assist BPR&PMO team to smoothen the project progress.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ hands-on project management experience or Six Sigma is preferred
  • Strong business acumen and market sense
  • Ability to work with senior management and functional parties
  • Excellent organizational leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good knowledge in VISIO / MICROSOFT PROJECT / SPSS is highly preferable

Project Management Manager (BPR & PMO)

Job Functions

  • Improve business process and evaluate project in accordance with company goals and objectives
  • Ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards set by the management
  • Coordinate with different departments for organization critical projects and establish criteria for project reviews, reporting
  • Develop detailed project schedules, project plans, budgets and risk mitigation plans to meet program requirements
  • Identify BPR opportunities across the organization, prioritize them as per organization importance, create cross-functional teams and execute
  • Establish lean six sigma framework, tools, techniques, methodology, communication and branding framework and execute.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ hands-on project management experience preferably in telecom industry
  • Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
  • Strong business acumen and market sense
  • Ability to work with senior management and functional parties
  • Excellent organizational leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
