Introduction
Community Networking is organized by Six Sigma Community. This activity aims to provide a professional communication platform to our members that can help them to enlarge their social network and exchange their knowledge and experience to each others. At the same time, Six Sigma Community will also invite different professionals to give talks during Community Networking that our members can absorb different kind of knowledge for continuous professional development and have chance to discuss with the professionals.

Topic 1: How to Streamline Your Business with Technologies?

This CPD provides information and experts’ advice on using technologies to streamline your business in more effective ways. There are so many different types of system available in the market and how do you know if the system is suitable for you and can be expanded further for different uses? And also what values do they really bring to your businesses?
Topic 2: The Power of Asking Great Questions
Presenter: Mr. Patrick Ng
Everyday we ask ourselves a lot of questions but do you know the quality of your questions?
Great questions lead to effective communication, good decision and even better results while ineffective questions usually create confusion, poor leadership and indecision. In this 45 minutes sharing session, executive coach Patrick will share “how the quality of your questions can lead to different business results” through a business case study.

About the Presenters:
Presenter: Mr. Alex Lee, LSSMBB, RLSBB, CAQ(BB), MSc (UK), BEng(Hons) (UK)
Alex lee has been working in the IT industrial for over 10 years and have always involved in multi- million dollars projects with different MNCs in UK and HK. He has worked on Metro projects for Perth, Melbourne, UK and HK (MTR), Electronic Medical Records systems project (NHS in UK), Enterprise Content Management Projects (Worldwide), Requirement Management for several MTR projects in HK, Configuration Management and deployed a development process for a team of 50+ engineers.
He spent 12 years in UK and after completion of his MSc, he worked in UK for over 6 years and returned to Hong Kong. He later studied Lean, Six Sigma and TOC which he understands business and IT challenges and this make him realize there are something that can be done to streamline better with IT and business and aim to provide more values to businesses.

Patrick Ng 是資深行政人員教練 (Executive Coach) ，擁有十二年的教練啟導經驗，曾為不同企業提供教練服務，客戶包括： (Deloitte, Manulife, AXA, AIA, Prudential, Bayer Material Science, Bank of China, Hong Kong Communication, Credit Agricole Corporate&Investment Bank 等等)。自2007年，多次擔任香港國際教練協會(HKICC)的執行委員會幹事及董事，負責推廣教練啟導文化及教練學普及化的教育工作，務求為華人社會引入歐美先進之管理學問，發展具中國特式的教練學。
Patrick Ng 亦是美國CPP Asia Pacific 認可之MBTI性格分析顧問 及 美國 MRG (Management Research Group) 之認証 LEA (Leadership Effectiveness Analysis) 360 Feedback 顧問，擅長以MBTI 及 LEA 360 Feedback 為企業提供領袖訓練 (Leadership Training) 及團隊建立訓練 (Team Building)。他亦經常為不同領域的專業人仕，以MBTI進行事業啟導，計劃事業發展方向；曾多次獲星島新聞集團及工業貿易署邀請，舉辦管理學之專題講座，反應熱烈。
