Assistant Manager, Processes & Organization Development
Responsibilities:
- Assist in standardize and streamline operational and systems workflow as to improve business efficiency
- Participate in the procedural review and analyze the existing business processes to identify improvement areas
- Integrate IT capability into business re-engineering processes and work on initiatives for business and IT improvement projects
- Form an effective bridge between Business & IT in order to achieve organizational excellence
The Person:
- Degree holder in Business Administration / IT / Organizational Development or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in work process improvement projects
- Experience in handling IT projects is preferable
- Organized, detail-oriented and communicative
- Obtained Six Sigma Green/Black Belt qualification/Project Management Professional or other related certifications
- Sound IT knowledge in infrastructure and application, software development experience in content management for web hosting
- Good analytical skills, with proven ability to streamline complex business processes & procedures
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
