Assistant Manager, Processes & Organization Development

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in standardize and streamline operational and systems workflow as to improve business efficiency
  • Participate in the procedural review and analyze the existing business processes to identify improvement areas
  • Integrate IT capability into business re-engineering processes and work on initiatives for business and IT improvement projects
  • Form an effective bridge between Business & IT in order to achieve organizational excellence

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration / IT / Organizational Development or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in work process improvement projects
  • Experience in handling IT projects is preferable
  • Organized, detail-oriented and communicative
  • Obtained Six Sigma Green/Black Belt qualification/Project Management Professional or other related certifications
  • Sound IT knowledge in infrastructure and application, software development experience in content management for web hosting
  • Good analytical skills, with proven ability to streamline complex business processes & procedures
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
