Factory Manager – PCBA Production (PRC Stationed)
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory operation to meet quality, cost and delivery targets
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines with Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing qualification
- At least 10 years relevant experience in management of sizable electronic PCBA factories
- Professional knowledge in electronics PCBA manufacturing processes including automatic insertion, SMT, wave soldering, manual soldering, etc
- With good understanding of routines manufacturing management, production planning, store operations and administrative & human resources duties
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Aggressive, self-motivated, attentive to details and highly quality-conscious
