Introduction
This Six Sigma training course is designed to give individuals an understanding of the Six Sigma Methodology and the tools within the DMAIC problem solving process, including, project charters, process mapping, cause-and-effect tools, simple data analysis and process improvement and control methods.
The role of the Six Sigma Yellow Belt is to be an effective team member by supporting Six Sigma Black and Green Belts in their process improvement projects.
Objectives
By the end of the program, you will be able to:
- Understand the DMAIC improvement method: Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control.
- Map a process and understand its inputs and outputs.
Apply the Six Sigma mindset in his or her workplace on a daily basis.
Certification
Upon successful completion of all requirements of this course (classroom training and home assignments), participants will receive a certificate stating that he/she is Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
There is no examination that needs to be completed for certification.
