Six Sigma Institute is the only Examination Centre and authorized training centre for Certified Six Sigma Black Belt of the China Association for Quality in Hong Kong.

Introduction

Lean Specialist Certification Programme (LSCP) is a highly comprehensive and interactive program that teaches a carefully sequenced arrangement of Lean concepts and tools. The program uses group exercises, problem solving discussion sessions as well as case studies to transform theory into reality and educational lessons into practical implementations. With an instructional design similar to a Six-Sigma Black Belt Certification Program, this Lean Manager Certification Program will transform your career and the future prospects of your company.

Over 90-hour training sessions, each participant will experience a series of learning modules focusing on the four key phases of Lean implementation: Plan, Pilot, Deploy, and Integrate. Acquire the tools and learn how to use them; out compete your competition and boost your value as an important resource to your company by becoming a Registered Quality Professional (Lean Specialist).

Participants who have completed this program are able to:

  • Lead Lean implementation within an organizational
  • Mentor and coach lean projects in specific tools and methods
  • Lead Lean teams in completing company-wide deployment of Lean methodologies
  • Perform as change agent to create a detailed deployment plan based on baseline assessments
  • Perform an organizational assessment and base-lining process

Awards

Each participant who:

(1) Successfully completes the training

(2) Passes the certification examination

(3) Successful completion of an approved individual project,

The participants will received a lean certificate (Lean Specialist) issued by Six Sigma Institute. They are eligible to be registered with the Six Sigma Institute as a Registered Quality Professional (Lean Specialist) and use the title of RQP (LS) after their names.

Who should attend Lean Specialist Certification Programme? (Target Participants)

All personnel who are charged with the responsibility for ensuring lean implementation success. The course is also suitable for directors, operating managers, engineers who are involved in value stream improvement activities. Those Black Belts and Green Belts who need to learn about lean implementation approach should attend.
