Classes, Seminars and Examinations will be conducted in accordance with the prescribed teaching timetable unless a local Tropical Cyclone warning signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm warning signal is in force. Different arrangements will be carried out in accordance with the different scenarios addressed below:
| If either of the warnings is lowered at or before 07:00 | All morning sessions will be conducted as scheduled. | |
| If either of the warnings is lowered between 07:00 and 11:00 | All morning sessions will be cancelled, but all afternoon sessions will be conducted as scheduled. |

| If either of the warnings is lowered between 11:00 and 16:00 | All afternoon sessions will be cancelled, but all evening sessions will be conducted as scheduled. |

| If either of the warnings is lowered after 16:00 | All evening sessions commencing from 18:00 onwards will be cancelled automatically. |
