Introduction of Dr. Michael YH Li

Dr Michael YH Li is the Managing Director of Top Talent Consultants Ltd; visiting lecturer of Hong Kong Polytechnic and City University of Hong Kong. He has had more than 30 years experience in manufacturing industries working in various positions in operation and senior management.

He graduated from University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering degrees. He also holds Doctor of Engineering degree from University of Warwick, UK; Master of Business Administration degree from University of Strathcylade, UK.

Dr Li is the first resident in Hong Kong to obtain the L3 of MATRIZ Professional from International TRIZ Association. He has been conducting TRIZ training for universities, public and private companies for years.

Dr Li is currently the Representative and Advisory Panel Chairman of the Logistics and Transportation Discipline and Past Chairman of the Manufacturing and Industrial Discipline of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers; He is also Member of the Engineers Registration Board of HKSAR; Advisory Committee member of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Industrial Advisor of City University of Hong Kong.
