Assistant Business Processes Manager
The Job
- Assist in managing business process and system enhancement initiative in order to standardize the operation and system workflow for efficiency improvement
- Participate in the procedural review and analyze the existing business processes to identify improvement areas
- Work on IT projects to integrate IT capability into business process re-engineering initiatives for productivity improvement
- Provide support to business process improvement projects with business units, form an effective bridge between department processes in order to meet the Company’ expectations
The Person
- Degree holder in Business Administration / IT / Project Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience related to business processes review
- Organized, detail-oriented with good presentation skills
- Sound IT knowledge in infrastructure and application, solid software development experience in content management for web hosting
- Good analytical skills, with proven ability to simplify complex business processes & procedures
- Attained Six Sigma Green/Black Belt qualification/Project Management Professional or other related certifications preferably
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
