Program Officer/Assistant Program Officer (HK Team) (Professional Education & Development)

Responsibilities

 

  • To coordinate and organize logistics for training programs.
  • To coordinate with external lecturers and provide assistance to the delivery of training programs.
  • To liaise and maintain relationship with HR and Training Departments of banks and financial institutions for arranging administration and logistics of training programs.
  • To maintain record and information of training programs / participants and produce reports as requested by the management.
  • To support event and marketing activities to promote the Institute’s qualifications examinations and education programs to banks, financial institutions and universities.
  • To support the conducting of training needs analysis and compile the relevant information.
  • To support hotline enquiry, counter services and general administration work of the Institute.

 

Requirements

 

  • Associate Degree / Higher Diploma with around 3 years working experience in a bank or financial institution.
  • Have working experience in training development and marketing activities is an advantage
  • Good presentation skills, service-oriented, responsible and self-discipline
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Chinese work processing is a must
